Swiss Venison
Swiss Venison is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. sliced venison, 1 chopped onion, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. water and 1 pkg. swiss steak seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cut venison into slices or cubes.
Put in a baking bag.
Place in a crock-pot.
Add onion and pepper.
Mix steak seasoning with water and pour over meat, onion and pepper.
Close bag with a twist tie and poke several holes in top for steam to escape. Cover with lid and cook on low setting about 6 to 8 hours.
You may serve over rice or noodles.
