Swiss Vegetables Medley
Swiss Vegetables Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination, thawed and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of shredded cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 of French fried onions.
Pour into
1 quart casserole dish.
Bake covered 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with remaining cheese and fried onions.
Put back in oven until cheese melts.
