Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo, thawed and drained well, 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine vegetables, soup, half of the Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and half can of the onions.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Bake at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining Swiss cheese and onions; bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer, until cheese is melted.
