Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Thaw and drain vegetables.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 of onions.
Pour in 1-quart casserole and bake, covered, at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
