Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/4 of cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
