Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes (until vegetables are done).
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across the top.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are brown.
