Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot combination, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
