Swiss Tomatoes
Swiss Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium tomatoes, salt and pepper, 2 c. grated swiss cheese, 1 egg, well beaten and 1/4 tsp. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice top from tomatoes and scoop out insides, removing pulp. Sprinkle inside of tomato with salt and pepper.
Mix egg, cheese and curry.
Use mixture to stuff tomatoes.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over tops of tomatoes. Bake in a preheated hot oven at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until tomatoes are soft, but still hold their shape.
Makes 6 servings.
