Swiss Spinach
Swiss Spinach is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. minced onion, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion in margarine until golden.
Add flour and garlic powder; cook at low heat for 1 minute.
Add milk, salt and pepper; cook at low heat until thickened.
Add cheese and cook until smooth.
Add spinach.
Put in greased casserole.
Cook at 350Β° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
