Swiss Lettuce is an easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, but into small pieces and fried brown, 2/3 c. vinegar, 1/3 c. water and 1 tsp. sugar (add more to suit taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

When bacon is browned, add other ingredients and heat to boiling point.
Pour over washed lettuce.
Slice hard-cooked eggs may be added to make salad extra delicious.
