Stir eggs in pan.
Add salt and pepper.
Spread bacon or sausage over top, then cheese.
Drizzle milk over all.
Dot with butter.
This can be made up the night before and put into the refrigerator overnight.
Bring out and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° for a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Can be made in muffin tins for 10 to 15 minutes.
May be frozen, brought out and heated in a 400° to 425° oven, preheated.
Heat 10 minutes.
