Swiss Dip
Swiss Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7-inch) round loaf rye bread (whole wheat is delicious), 1/2 tsp. dill weed, 1 c. grated swiss cheese, 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut off top of bread and scoop out insides, leaving 1-inch shell.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into hollow loaf.
Cut loaf top and insides of shell into bite size pieces for dipping.
