Swiss Corn Bake
Swiss Corn Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. whole frozen corn, 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. onion, chopped and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook corn until tender and drain.
Mix together with milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, sugar and 1 c. shredded cheese.
Put in casserole.
Top with bread cubes, melted butter and 1/4 c. Swiss cheese tossed together.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 10.
