Swiss Chicken
Swiss Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 halved chicken breasts, skinned and boned, salt and pepper, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. swiss cheese slices, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can sherry wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Arrange chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Season.
Layer cheese over chicken.
Blend soup and sherry and pour over cheese. Toss stuffing with butter and spoon over all.
Bake, covered, at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
Sauteed fresh mushrooms are a nice addition.
