Swiss Cheese Cloud
Swiss Cheese Cloud is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, crusts removed, 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 c. grated swiss cheese or 2 c. grated mozzarella and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage, stirring to break up.
Drain.
Place bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Spread crumbled sausage over bread.
Top with cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and pour over casserole.
Let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
