Swiss Carrots
Swiss Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans sliced carrots, drained, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. shredded swiss cheese, divided and 1 small can fried onions, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350°. In a 2-quart baking dish, combine carrots, soup, half of the swiss cheese and half of the fried onions.
Be careful not to mash the carrots.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Sprinkle remaining fried onions on top of cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes to melt cheese.
