Sweetheart Salad
Sweetheart Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1/4 c. celery, chopped, 1 pkg. plain gelatin, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 2 c. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water; cool.
Soak plain gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Combine soaked plain gelatin with lemon gelatin and cool completely.
After cool, mix in drained pineapple, pimento, celery, nuts and salt.
Whip cream (sweeten, if desired); fold whipped cream and cream cheese into gelatin mixture.
When thoroughly blended, pour into individual molds or serving dish, as desired.
