Sweeter Muffins
Sweeter Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/3 c. milk, 1/4 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease muffin pan.
In mixing bowl, beat egg slightly.
Stir in milk and shortening.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. You can fill cups 1/3 full and put in 1/2 teaspoon of favorite jelly.
Then finish filling with batter.
