Sweet Zucchini Bread
Sweet Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking soda, 3 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs until light.
Cream with sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix and sift all dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture.
Beat. Add zucchini and nuts; mix.
Pour into two loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes on wire rack and dump from pans.
