Melt morsels in separate microwavable cups, 1 cup for chocolate, 1 cup for white chocolate, or if assorted colors, divide colors into separate cups.
Melt in microwave until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes on High.
Immediately dip strawberries in melted sauce. Place on a plate.
Store in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
