Sweet Rolls
Sweet Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 3/4 c. skim milk, scalded and cooled, 1/4 c. oil, 3 tbsp. low sodium corn oil margarine and 1/4 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Mix in milk, sugar, oil and half of the flour.
Add remaining flour and work into dough.
Knead on lightly floured board for 5 minutes.
Place in oiled bowl, turning once to oil surface.
Cover and let rise until double, about 90 minutes.
Punch down and roll into an 18 x 8-inch rectangle. Spread with margarine and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up along wide side to form a roll 18-inches long.
Cut into 1-inch slices.
