Sweet Rice Balls
Sweet Rice Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sweet rice flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 1/2 c. water, 1 c. yellow cake crumbs and 1 c. chocolate cake crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine well the sweet rice flour and the salt in a large bowl.
Pour the water onto the salted sweet rice flour.
Knead that until the dough turns smooth.
Make 1/2 inch small balls. Fill 1/2 of the large Dutch pan with water and boil.
Put the rice balls into the boiling water.
(Be sure to make just one layer of balls, if not, then may stick to each other.)
After the rice balls start to float, keep boiling for 5 minutes.
Bring the balls out of the boiling water and transfer them into the cold water for a minute or two.
Remove balls out of cold water.
Roll them on cake crumbs and coconut.
