Sweet Potato Soufflé
Sweet Potato Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick parkay, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. cream or milk and 1 large can sweet potatoes, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt 3/4 stick Parkay.
Add sugar, eggs, cream or milk and sweet potatoes (drained).
Mix in blender.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Top with mixture of Parkay, brown sugar, corn flakes and chopped nuts.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
