Sweet Potato Pie

Mix all ingredients, well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Use 1 cup Cool Whip add 1 tablespoon grated orange peel and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Mix well and spread generously on pie and serve.
