Sweet Potato Casserole
Sweet Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can sweet potatoes, 1/2 stick butter, 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, together well.
Pour into a well-greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. When casserole is done, remove from oven and top with marshmallows.
Put it back into oven and bake until marshmallows are a golden brown.
