Sweet Potato Biscuits
Sweet Potato Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 3/4 c. buttermilk, 1/4 c. wesson oil, 1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes and 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the flour, buttermilk and oil together in a bowl until mixture becomes a dough.
Sprinkle occasionally with flour as you knead this a few times.
In another bowl, mix the sugar and sweet potatoes together.
Press dough in the center and add sweet potatoes to this.
Begin kneading the dough until well mixed. Roll or pat out to desired thickness.
Cut biscuits.
Bake in oven oven at 450Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
