Sweet Pickles
Sweet Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with whole cukes, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 heaping tsp. alum, 2 tsp. pickling spice and 1 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash and pack small, whole cukes in quart loosely. Add the next 4 ingredients.
Finish jar with cold water.
Let stand at least 1 month, then open as needed.
Pour off vinegar, slice, add 2 cups sugar and enough water to dissolve sugar and fill jar.
Let stand 24 hours before eating.
Shake jar while in refrigerator when you are in the refrigerator.
