Sweet Onion Casserole
Sweet Onion Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, 4 medium size spanish onions, sliced into 1/2-inch rings, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Blend the soup and milk in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange half the onion rings in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover with half the cheese then half the potato chips.
Repeat layers.
Pour the soup mixture over layers.
Cover and bake for an hour.
Sprinkle with paprika.
