Sweet Mouthful
Sweet Mouthful is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 3 c. whipping cream, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix egg whites, cream of tartar and salt; beat until stiff. Gradually add sugar.
On wax paper, make 3 circles, 8 inches in diameter, with the egg whites.
Place these on a greased cookie sheet(s).
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 250Β°.
Melt chocolate chips.
Spread thinly over egg white mixture.
Add 3/4 inch whipped cream on each circle.
Add strawberries on top. Refrigerate.
