Sweet Fruitcake
Sweet Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 c. water, 2 pkg. pillsbury date bread mix, 2 c. pecans (halves or chopped) and 2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour bottom and sides of 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
In large bowl, combine eggs and water.
Add remaining ingredients by hand.
Stir until combined.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350° for 75 to 85 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 30 minutes.
