Sweet Freezer Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. thinly sliced cucumbers, 1 heaping tbsp. salt, 1 large sliced onion, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add salt to cucumbers and let stand for 2 hours. Drain.
Add onion to cucumbers.
Mix the sugar and vinegar.
Pour over cucumbers and onion.
Let stand for 15 minutes. Stir 1 to 2 times. Put in containers and freeze.
