Sweep Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 lb. round steak and 1 pkg. onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put the meat on a large sheet of foil and sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.
Fold the foil airtight around it.
Put in a baking pan and bake at 300Β° for 3 hours.
