Swedish Rosettes
Swedish Rosettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk, fat for deep frying and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs slightly.
Sugar and salt.
Alternately add flour and smooth.
Vanilla and blend. Heat fat
Place rosette in hot fat. When well heated, dip in batter (do not allow batter to cover top of iron). Immerse iron in hot fat completely for 25 to 30 seconds or until rosette crisp and brown; let drip thoroughly. Slip rosette off iron onto absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store tightly covered container. Will keep about 2 weeks.
