Swedish Pastry
Swedish Pastry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place yeast in large bowl.
Mix in a little milk and make a paste. Smash any lumps!
Add sugar, salt, remaining milk and eggs, beating well after each addition.
Fill sifter with flour and sift into mix.
Make just past sticky stage.
Pour out onto board and knead.
Roll dough out and place 3 cubes of margarine on it.
Fold dough over margarine and smash.
Margarine will come through flour a little.
Roll out again and fold.
Repeat.
Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
