Swedish Pancake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, dash of nutmeg and 4 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first four ingredients until batter is lumpy.
Melt margarine and add to batter.
Bake in buttered baking dish at 425Β° for 15 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake another 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot, covered with fruit and whipped cream.
For baking dish, a pie plate works well or two smaller dishes.
