Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 1/4 to 1/2 c. breadcrumbs, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Shape into small balls. Brown garlic in oil and discard garlic.
Brown meatballs.
Place in large pan with cover.
Add onion soup (do not dilute) and cook for 1 hour over low flame.
Serve with noodles or rice.
