Swedish Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped onions, 9 tbsp. butter, 4 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 3 3/4 tsp. salt and 3 dashes each: pepper, nutmeg and ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook onions in 3 tablespoons butter until tender.
In mixing bowl, combine eggs and cream.
Stir in onions, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg and ginger.
Add meat mix well by hand or on medium speed of electric mixer.
Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.
