Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburg, 1 lb. ground pork, 1 c. bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and pinch of salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add milk to eggs to make 3/4 cup.
Mix together hamburg and pork.
Add other ingredients to meat and mix together until soft. Add 1/4 teaspoon allspice and blend.
Form meatballs and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 300Β° for about 1 hour.
Remove meatballs from cookie sheet and put into serving dish.
Make brown gravy (from a package mix) and add to meatballs.
Serve hot over rice.
