Swedish Apple Pie
Swedish Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 c. sliced apples, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. sugar and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Grease a pie dish and fill with apples. Mix cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of sugar together.
Sprinkle over apples.
Beat the 3/4 cup sugar and butter until creamy.
Add salt and baking powder.
Mix in egg, flour and nuts. Mix together thoroughly. Drop the batter by tablespoons over the top of apples. Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
