Susie's Eggs
Susie'S Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, 1 lb. cheese (2 pkg. cheddar), 8 eggs, beaten, 2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs until fluffy and add mustard, salt and milk.
Line pan with 4 slices of bread. Layer 1/2 grated cheese and 1/2 egg mixture on top of bread. Repeat layers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Take out 1/2 hour before baking.
Bake at 325Β° for one hour.
