Surprise Cupcakes
Surprise Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cake mix, eggs and milk; set aside.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Line cupcake tins with paper cups. Fill cups with rounded teaspoonful of cake mix, then cream mixture, then cake mix.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 18 cupcakes.
Frost with your favorite icing.
