Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full.
Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar in small bowl.
Add chocolate chips.
Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on top of cake mix in papers.
Bake as directed for cupcakes on back of cake box.
