Surprise Cupcakes
Surprise Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box chocolate cake mix, cream cheese, dash of salt, 1 container white frosting and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bake chocolate cake mix as directed on package.
Pour into paper-lined cupcake tins 2/3 full.
In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and salt together.
Then add chocolate chips.
This makes the filling.
Drop 1 teaspoon of filling in each cupcake. Bake as regular cupcakes, then frost.
Makes 36 cupcakes.
