Surprise Cottage Cheese Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 carton cottage cheese (not large), 1 box any flavor jello (it is added dry), 1 can fruit, drained and 1 carton cool whip (not large), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend the cottage cheese, Cool Whip and the dry gelatin (just lightly blend, folding it in).
Add fruit.
Many combinations possible.
For instance, Mandarin oranges and grapes.
