Surprise Cakes
Surprise Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. soda, 2 c. sour milk (milk and 1 tbsp. vinegar) and 3 sq. chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Flour and sugar several times (4).
Then mix rest of ingredients together with flour.
Beat until smooth. Using cupcake wrappers, fill cupcake pans 3/4 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cut hole in top of cupcake.
Clean the centers out. Fill with whipping and replace cover. Frost with chocolate frosting.
