Flour and sugar several times (4).
Then mix rest of ingredients together with flour.
Beat until smooth. Using cupcake wrappers, fill cupcake pans 3/4 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cut hole in top of cupcake.
Clean the centers out. Fill with whipping cream and replace cover. Frost with chocolate frosting.
