Surprise Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 2 c. sour cream, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 c. coconut and 1 large cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare cake according to directions.
Use 2 small cake pans. Cool and slice each cake to make 4 layers.
Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut.
Use this mixture to put layers together.
