Surprise Bread
Surprise Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger meat, 1/2 lb. hot owens sausage (more if you like it hotter), 1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated, 1 loaf bridgford frozen bread (comes in 3 loaves) and onion and pepper (to season meat; optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Thaw and roll loaf of bread flat and long.
Saute meat and cook until it starts to brown.
Drain; add cheese and mix well. Put meat mixture in middle of bread and fold over bread and crimp down.
Brush top of bread with margarine.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β° or until it is as brown as you like.
