Supreme Zucchini Cake
Supreme Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. oil, 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream oil and sugar, then add eggs, 1 at a time.
Mix dry ingredients and enough zucchini to mix easy.
Remove from mixer. Add remaining zucchini, coconut and nuts.
Pour in a greased and floured Bundt cake pan (do not use oil sprays).
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
