Supper Sandwich Bake
Supper Sandwich Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bread, buttered, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/4 c. catsup, 1 tsp. salt and 6 frankfurters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spread butter on bread; put in pan and toast.
Combine beef, catsup and salt and spread on toast.
Top with frankfurters, cut almost in half lengthwise.
Add onion slices and cheese slices. Combine eggs and milk; pour over the bread.
Bake in moderate oven for 50 minutes.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
This is a meal in itself.
